Dr. Victoria E. Jones

Dr. Victoria Jones is President of Northpointe Group Enterprises (NGE), a management consultancy firm. In this role, Victoria provides client leading-edge business solutions aligned with their goals and strategic direction.

Victoria’s career journey began with General Motors Company.  She successfully held global leadership roles in human resources including leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation, as well as policy development. In addition, Victoria worked for Apollo Education Group and held leadership roles in leadership development and diversity and inclusion.

Victoria is a transformational global leader who welcomes the opportunity to work with business executives determined to build great leadership talent and to deliver strong organizational performance and results. Victoria holds a MSA in human resources and a Doctorate of Management in organizational leadership.

Victoria is a John Maxwell Team certified coach, speaker and teacher. In addition, she is a seasoned faculty member teaching in graduate and doctoral university programs specializing in human resources and global leadership. She is a member of the American Association of the Physician Leadership (AAPL).  She is an engaging, high-energy facilitator for groups of all sizes.
